Terms and Conditions

General Booking Policy

  • All new clients must schedule a virtual consultation prior to beginning any training program.
  • All sessions must be booked via our website at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All packages must be paid in full prior to beginning any training program.


Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

  • You must notify your trainer no later than 24 hours in advance of scheduled session if planning to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to notify your trainer will result in a forfeited session.
  • Please arrive on time to your scheduled session. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please notify your trainer. If more than 15 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled.
  • If a reschedule is needed, you will need to reschedule within 7 days. Otherwise session will be forfeited without reimbursement. 
  • Rescheduling options for all training sessions are available on a first come first serve basis, as previously established sessions will always take priority.


Refund Policy

  • Personal training sessions and group training sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • No refund will be issued for a no-show and your session will be forfeited.


Initial Fitness Assessment

  • Every new client will go through a brief fitness assessment prior to beginning their official training program. Your trainer will establish a date and time with you following your virtual consultation. 


Waivers and Intake Forms

  • All new clients will be given our company liability release waiver, media consent agreement, and physical activity readiness form prior to their first session. No client may engage in any form of training with us until all documents are properly completed and signed.


DISCLAIMER: If your trainer fails to notify you of a cancelled or rescheduled session at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be granted two free training sessions.

We work with clients of all fitness levels! From those who have never touched a piece of equipment to athletes prepping for competition, we recognize that there is always value in having a professional set of eyes on you during your training journey. Everyone begins with a movement assessment, either in-person or virtually, so that we can best match a program to your individual goals and needs.


All of our clients have exclusive access to our custom mobile app once they have purchased a coaching program with us! In this app you'll be able to track your workouts, log your meals, see your progress photos, and monitor your weight. This approach gives you full control of your health journey every step of the way.


The honest answer...it depends! Results can vary depending on factors such as your starting fitness level, consistency of exercise, diet, and genetics. Generally, you may start to notice improvements in your strength, endurance, and mood within a few weeks of regular exercise. Significant changes in body composition, weight loss, or muscle gain may take longer, typically several weeks to a few months. It's all up to how hard you're willing to work for them.
